(52) 24­0957 The Committee may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Ariell Kirylo v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV16621. (This matter arises from a September 12, 2021, incident wherein a City tree fell on a moving vehicle, injuring the driver.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee considered this matter on September 11, 2024.)
