(16)CD 15 HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative instructing the City Administrative Officer (CAO), with assistance from  Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) and the Departmen General Services (GSD), to report with a site analysis of the San Pe Navigation Center (Center), located at 2175 John S. Gibson Boulevard. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (McOske Blumenfield): INSTRUCT the CAO, with assistance from the LAHSA and the GSD report to Council with a site analysis of the Center, located at 2175 Jo S. Gibson Boulevard, with specifics to: a.  An overview of the services provided at the Center. b.  An analysis of how many clients have been served over the last y and if this number has deviated or is trending significantly since  Center's opening. c.  To provide, upon consultation with the community, a list of alternat locations in Council District 15 that could benefit from havin Center. d.  Additional ways to effectively reprogram or repurpose the Center its intended use. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislat Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report. Community Impact Statement: None submitted
