(33) 24­0772 CD 4 MOTION (RAMAN ­ PADILLA) relative to the amending the prior Cou action of July 3, 2024 regarding a third amendment to Contract No 138765 between the City and Ascencia for continued outreach services people experiencing homelessness in Council District (CD) 4, Council (CF) No. 24­0772 Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL O THE MAYOR: AMEND the prior Council action of July 3, 2024 relative to Motion (Ram ­ Yaroslavsky) regarding a third amendment to Contract No. C­138765 between the City and Ascencia, to extend the term by approximately on year for continued homeless services in CD 4, CF No. 24­0772, as follows: 2. APPROPRIATE/TRANSFER INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the Cit Clerk to utilize up to $255,341 from AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account N City Purpose Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 000903 (CD 4 Community Projects ­ Multi­Disciplinary Terms) to continue homeless outreach services in CD 4 from June 15, 2024, through September 30, 2025.
