(35) 24­1125 CD 3 MOTION (BLUMENFIELD ­ RODRIGUEZ) relative to funding for the S Parking Pilot Program services in Council District (CD) 3. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROV OF THE MAYOR: 1.  TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $50,000 from the General C Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 0617 (Additio Homeless Services ­ CD 3), to the Los Angeles Housi Department (LAHD) Fund No. 10A/43, account to be determin for enhanced client support services by Safe Parking LA in CD 3. 2.  INSTRUCT the General Manager, LAHD, or designee, to ame relevant contracts with the Los Angeles Homeless Servic Authority (LAHSA) to include enhanced client support services, su as financial assistance related to housing and vehicle costs, ca management and outreach through June 30 2025 3.  AUTHORIZE the LAHD to make any corrections, clarifications revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any n instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, a including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbe said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made ora electronically or by any other means. 4.  INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the LAHD to prepare, process, a execute the necessary documents with and/or payments to t LAHSA, or any other agency or organization, utilizing the abo amount, for the above purpose, subject to the approval of the C Attorney as to form.
