(38) 24­1122 CD 13 MOTION (SOTO­MARTINEZ ­ PRICE) relative to funding for suppleme community beautification services in Council District (CD) 13. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROV OF THE MAYOR: 1.  TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $600,000 from the CD 13 port of AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281213 (CD  Redevelopment Projects ­ Services), to the Board of Public Wo (BPW) Fund No. 100/74, Account No. 3040 (Contractual Service for the supplemental community beautification services of the L Angeles Conservation Corps in CD 13, to be coordinated by  BPW, Office of Community Beautification with a term of July 1, 20 ­ June 30, 2025. 2.  AUTHORIZE the BPW, Office of Community Beautification prepare, process, and execute any needed documents, includ but not limited to any amendments to existing contracts in the abo amount, for the above purpose, subject to the approval of the C Attorney as to form. 3.  AUTHORIZE the BPW, Office of Community Beautification to ma any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund trans instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate  intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / chang may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
