Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL  THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $480 from the Council's portion of  Heritage Month Celebrations and Special Events line item in the Gene City Purpose Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 000832, to the Gene Services Fund 100/40, Account No. 1100 (Hiring Hall), for services connection with the CD 13 special commemoration and celebration Filipino American History Month at City Hall on October 24, 202 including the illumination of City Hall.
