(41) 24­0956 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Co Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to  case entitled George Wilson v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Supe Court Case No. 21STCV04472. (This matter arises from the delay in  Plaintiff's promotion to Detective due to a hearing disability.)
