(31) 17­1005­S2 CD 7 MOTION (RODRIGUEZ ­ HUTT) relative to funding to keep the Sylmar, Ritchie Valens and Hansen Dam Aquatic Center pools in Council District (CD) 7 open through September 2024. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1.  TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $22,500 in the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281207 (CD 7 Redevelopment Projects ­ Services), to the Recreation and Parks Fund No. 302/88, Account 001070 (Salaries As Needed), to keep the Sylmar, Ritchie Valens and Hansen Dam Aquatic Center pools open through September. 2.  AUTHORIZE the Department of Recreation and Parks to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
