(32) 24­1150 CD 7 MOTION (RODRIGUEZ ­ HUTT) relative to funding for the Lopez Canyon Green Space Project located in Council District (CD) 7. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1 TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $150 000 in the AB1290 Fund - October 1, 2024 - intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1.  TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $150,000 in the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281207 (CD 7 Redevelopment Projects ­ Services) to the Sanitation Fund No. 100/82, Account 003040 (Contractual Services), for the Lopez Canyon Green Space Project. 2.  AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Sanitation to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
