(36) 24­0913 CD 11 CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (PARK – PADILLA) relative to demolishing the existing vacant structure at 8230 Vista Del Mar, Playa Del Rey, CA 90293. Recommendations for Council action: 1.  DIRECT the Bureau of Engineering (BOE), with the assistance of the Department of General Services (GSD) to demolish the existing vacant structure at 8230 Vista Del Mar, Playa Del Rey, CA 90293. 2.  DIRECT the City Administrative Officer (CAO) to identify funds for this purpose, and to make them available to the BOE and GSD as needed. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report. Community Impact Statement: None submitted.
