(37) 12­1791 CD 8 COMMUNICATION FROM THE MUNICIPAL FACILITIES COMMITTEE (MFC) relative to proposed Third Amendment to Contract No. C­ 122349 with HAAS BHCP Property Owners, LLC, (HAAS BHCP) for the continued use of the property located at 4125 Crenshaw Boulevard, Unit 193, by the Los Angeles Police Department South Traffic Division. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Department of General Services to negotiate and execute the Third Amendment to Contract No. C­122349 with HAAS BHCP for the continued use of property located at 4125 Crenshaw Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90008 under the terms and conditions substantially detailed in the September 3, 2024 MFC report, attached to the Council file. - October 1, 2024 - (MFC) relative to proposed Third Amendment to Contract No. C­ 122349 with HAAS BHCP Property Owners, LLC, (HAAS BHCP) for the continued use of the property located at 4125 Crenshaw Boulevard, Unit 193, by the Los Angeles Police Department South Traffic Division.
