(39) 19­0281­S1 CD 10 CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (HUTT – BLUMENFIELD) relative to proposed license agreements with Watts Labor Community Action Committee (WLAC) for the City­owned Multipurpose Center located at 2528 West Boulevard and the City­owned Senior Center located at 2528 West Washington Boulevard. Recommendation for Council action: DIRECT the Department of General Services, with the assistance of the City Attorney and City Administrative Officer (CAO), to negotiate license agreements with WLAC for the City­owned Multipurpose Center located at 2528 West Boulevard and the City­owned Senior Center located at 2528 West Washington Boulevard with said license agreements should be at no­cost to the WLAC and should run concurrently with the Los Angeles Department of Aging service contracts for both of these locations. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report. Community Impact Statement: None submitted.
