(43) 24­1037 CD 8 COMMUNICATION FROM THE MUNICIPAL FACILITIES COMMITTEE (MFC) relative to a proposed lease agreement with Gage/St. Andrews Properties, LLC (Gage/St. Andrews Properties) for the property at 6230 South Gramercy Place, for the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) South Traffic Division. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Department of General Services to negotiate and execute a lease agreement with Gage/St. Andrews Properties for the property at 6230 South Gramercy Place, Los Angeles California 90047, for use by the LAPD South Traffic Division under the terms and conditions as substantially detailed in the September 3, 2024 MFC report, attached to the Council file. Fiscal Impact Statement: The MFC reports that there is no additional General Fund impact beyond monies authorized for this purpose as part of the current year Citywide Leasing Account. Community Impact Statement: None submitted.
