A.  TRADE, TRAVEL AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (McOsker – Yaroslavsky): REQUEST the Port of Los Angeles (POLA), in coordination with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), to report to Council on the number, frequency, and effects of power outage incidents at the Port that have occurred this year to date. Additionally, the POLA and LADWP should also report on what the appropriate response, if any, for such incidents. B.  ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE REPORT Recommendation for Council action, as initiated by Motion (McOsker – Yaroslavsky): REQUEST the POLA, in coordination with the LADWP, to report to Council on the number, frequency, and effects of surge or power outage incidents at the Port that have occurred this year to date. Additionally, the POLA and LADWP should also report on what the appropriate response, if any, for such incidents. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report. Community Impact Statement: None submitted
