(14) 24­0794 CD 3 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION and PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) appeal filed for the property located at 22822 West Ventura Boulevard.
