(30) 24­1163 BUDGET, FINANCE AND INNOVATION COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a proposed Legal Services Agreement with Hueston Hennigan, LLP, to provide investigative and legal services related to the City Attorney's Office compliance issues. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1.  APPROVE a contract with Hueston Hennigan, LLP, for a period of one year, in an amount of up to $450,000, to assist with investigative and legal services related to Office of the City Attorney business practices and compliance matters. 2.  TRANSFER $450,000 from the Unappropriated Balance, Outside Counsel Including Workers Compensation line item, to the City Attorney, Fund No. 100/12, Account No. 009301. 3.  AUTHORIZE the City Attorney, or designee, to prepare Controller instructions for any necessary technical adjustments, subject to the approval of the City Administrative Officer (CAO); and, AUTHORIZE the Controller to implement the instructions.
