Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $438 from the Council's portion of the Heritage Month Celebrations & Special Events line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56 to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, Account No. 1100 (Hiring Hall), for services in connection with the CD 7 special recognition of Native American Heritage Month on October 31, 2024, including the illumination of City Hall.
