(62) 24­0978 CD 15 ADMINISTRATIVE EXEMPTION and COMMUNICATION FROM THE BOARD OF HARBOR COMMISSIONERS (BOHC) relative to a Memorandum of Agreement between the Port of Los Angeles (POLA), Port of Long Beach (POLB), Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority (ACTA), BNSF Railway Company (BNSF), and Union Pacific Railroad Company for the POLB Pier B On­Dock Rail Support Facility ­ Locomotive Facility Turnout and Crossover Connecting to the Alameda Corridor (AC). Recommendations for Council action: 1. ADOPT the determination by the BOHC that the proposed action has been previously evaluated pursuant to the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Article II Section 2(i) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines. 2. APPROVE POLA Resolution No. 24­10379 for the proposed Memorandum of Agreement No. 24­10030 between POLA, POLB, ACTA, BNSF, and Union Pacific Railroad Company. 3. AUTHORIZE the Executive Director, POLA, or designee, to execute the proposed Agreement, already approved as to form by the City Attorney, and return the Agreement to the POLA for further processing, including Council consideration.
