(63) 23­0002­S147 CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION (PARK, ET AL. – YAROSLAVSKY) relative to establishing the City’s position regarding any legislation, legal and/or administrative regulatory action to block the merger of the Albertsons Companies, Inc., and the Kroger Company. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Resolution (Park, et al. – Yaroslavsky), SUBJECT TO THE CONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR: RESOLVE to include in the City’s 2023­24 Federal Legislative Program SUPPORT for any legislation, legal and/or administrative regulatory action to block the merger of the Albertsons Companies, Inc., and the Kroger Company.
