Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the final map of Tract No. 82842, located at 506 North Sycamore Avenue, northerly of Rosewood Avenue, and accompanying Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Contract with security documents. (Bond No. C­146490) Owner: Sycamore Sun, LLC; Surveyor: Alfred Thelwell Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final tract map pursuant to Section 19.02(A) (2) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed. Community Impact Statement: None submitted.
