(11) 17­1115­S1 CD 4 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE REPORT relative to enforcement of Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) Section 80.36.1 and tour bus operations in the Hollywood Hills. Recommendations for Council action: 1.  NOTE and FILE the December 18, 2023 Board of Police Commissioners report relative to enforcement of LAMC Section 80.36.1 and tour bus operations in the Hollywood Hills, inasmuch as the report is for information only and no Council action is required. 2.  INSTRUCT the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) to report to Council with a list of all City Streets with existing 6,000­ pound weight restrictions, per LAMC Section 80.36.1. 3.  REQUEST the City Attorney, with the assistance of the LADOT and Los Angeles Police Department, to prepare and present a draft ordinance to amend LAMC Section 80.36.1(d) to add those streets that are currently listed as having 6,000­pound weight restrictions.
