(26) 24­0644 CD 10 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled  West 43rd Place, LLC v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 20STCV23614. (This case involves the cutting of a gas line that served the plaintiff’s commercial property.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee considered this matter on October 9, 2024.) Adjourning Motions
