(25) 24­0546 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Wagner­Hollier v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23STCP02601. (This matter arises from an alleged failure by several offices and departments in the City to timely produce documents in response to eleven, multi­part requests for records under the California Public Records Act.)
