Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Lee ­ Yaroslavsky): INSTRUCT the Bureau of Sanitation (BOS), City Administrative Officer (CAO), and any other necessary departments, to report to Council on position authorities and identify funding for the BOS Watershed Protection Division to resume illegal dumping investigations.
