(32) 24­0210 RESOLUTION (LEE ­ McOSKER) relative to authorizing the Bureau of Street Services (BSS) to submit a grant application to the California Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) for the Local Agency Waste Tire Enforcement Grant, and to execute the necessary documents to secure funds and implement the approved grant. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: RESOLVE to: a.  Authorize the BSS to submit an application to CalRecycle for the Local Agency Waste Tire Enforcement Grant for a period of five years commencing with Fiscal Year 2023­2024 through Fiscal Year 2027­2028. b.  Authorize and empower the Executive Director and General Manager, BSS, or designee, to execute in the name of the City of Los Angeles all documents, including but not limited to, applications, agreements, amendments and requests for payment, necessary to secure funds and implement the approved grant; and, to implement and carry out the purposes specified in the application and in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 61.07(a).
