Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated October 21, 2024, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 1136 West 253rd Street (Case No. 824244), Assessor I.D. No. 7413­010­008, from the REAP.
