(5) 24­1182 CD 14 GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a proposed non­profit license agreement with the Los Angeles Police Foundation (LAPF) to operate a vending machine in the lobby of the Police Administration Building at 100 West 1st Street. S U B M I T S   W I T H O U T   R E C O M M E N D A T I O N   t h e   f o l l o w i n g recommendation: AUTHORIZE the Department of General Services to negotiate and execute a no­cost license agreement with LAPF for the placement of a Los Angeles Police Department­branded vending machine at the Police Administration Building located at 100 West 1st Street, Los Angeles, California 90012, under the terms and conditions detailed in the October 2, 2024 Municipal Facilities Committee (MFC) report, attached to the Council file. Fiscal Impact Statement: The MFC reports that there is no General Fund impact as this is a no­cost license agreement. The LAPF is responsible for all maintenance, repair, and service required for the proper operation of the vending machine.
