(16) 21­1461 PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE REPORT relative to executing an Agreement between the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) and Spruce Technology, Inc. (Spruce) for the development of the Complaint and Disciplinary Tracking System. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Fire Chief LAFD or designee to execute an Agreement AUTHORIZE the Fire Chief, LAFD, or designee, to execute an Agreement with Spruce for the development of the Complaint and Disciplinary Tracking System, for a six­month term, commencing on November 1, 2023 and terminating on April 30, 2024, for a maximum amount not to exceed $250,000 during the term of the Agreement. Fiscal Impact Statement: The Board of Fire Commissioners states that funding for this Agreement will be from the Contractual Services Account No. 3040. Community Impact Statement: None submitted
