(12) 20­1306 CD 10 MOTION (HUTT ­ KREKORIAN) and RESOLUTION relative to issuing Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $15,000,000, for the purpose of financing the new construction of the 43­ unit multifamily housing development known as Solaris (Project) located at 1141­1145 Crenshaw Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90019, in Council District (CD) 10. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1.  CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on September 26, 2024 for the Project, attached to the Motion. 2.  ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION, attached to the Motion, approving the issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $15,000,000 for the new construction of a 43­unit multifamily housing development located at 1141­1145 Crenshaw Boulevard, housing development located at 1141­1145 Crenshaw Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90019, in CD 10. Items for which Public Hearings Have Been Held
