(20) 24­1221 NEIGHBORHOODS AND COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a pilot program for the distribution of a no­cost all­in­ one fentanyl detection device to be funded through the Opioid Settlement funding. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Rodriguez ­ Soto­Martínez): INSTRUCT the Office of Procurement, in partnership with the Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA), City Administrative Officer (CAO), and Department of General Services, to report to Council on a pilot program for the distribution of an all­in­one fentanyl detection devices that can be distributed to residents throughout Los Angeles at no cost and funded through the Opioid Settlement funding. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the CLA has completed a financial analysis of this report. Community Impact Statement: None submitted.
