(22) 20­0446­S2 PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a proposed ordinance amending various sections of Article 4, Chapter X of the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC). Recommendations for Council action: 1.  APPROVE the proposed amendments to Article 4, Chapter X of the LAMC as detailed in the redlined ordinance, Atttachment A of the Department of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) report dated October 23, 2024, attached to the Council file. 2.  REQUEST the City Attorney to prepare and present an ordinance to amend Article 4, Chapter X of the LAMC in accordance with the proposed amendments; and, include an urgency clause in the ordinance transmitted for City Council consideration. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the DCR.  Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
