(24) 24­1253 PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the non­monetary donation of $150,000, for the benefit of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD). Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the acceptance of the non­monetary donation valued at $150,000, from the Los Angeles Police Foundation, to pay for various goods and services associated with the Inauguration Ceremonies for the 59th Chief of Police, for the benefit of the LAPD; and, THANK the donor for this generous donation. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the Board of Police Commissioners. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
