Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the final map of Parcel Map L.A. No. 2023­2791, located at 1363­1365 South Meadowbrook Avenue, northerly of Pico Boulevard, and accompanying Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Contract with security documents. (Bond No. C­146595) Owner: 1363 Meadow Brook, LLC; Surveyor: Nick Kazemi Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final parcel map pursuant to Section 19.02(B)(3) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
