(35) 24­1380 MOTION (HARRIS­DAWSON ­ YAROSLAVSKY) relative to authorizing the use of the City Hall Rotunda by the Office of the City Clerk to host a special reception on January 22, 2025. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Office of the City Clerk to use the City Hall Rotunda on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with the understanding that the Office of the City Clerk will reimburse the Department of General Services for any costs associated with this activity.
