(37) 24­0399 CD 13 MOTION (SOTO­MARTÍNEZ ­ YAROSLAVSKY) relative to funding for the repair and fortification of street lights in Council District 13 (CD 13). Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1.  TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $200,000 from the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281213 (CD 13 Redevelopment Projects ­ Services), to the Bureau of Street Lighting (BSL) Fund No. 100/84, Account No. 001090 (Salaries, Overtime), for the repair and fortification of street lights in CD 13. 2.  AUTHORIZE the BSL to make any technical corrections or clarifications to the above fund transfer instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
