(50) 23­1443­S2 CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (HERNANDEZ – RODRIGUEZ) relative CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (HERNANDEZ – RODRIGUEZ) relative to the acceptance of the Encampment Resolution Fund (ERF) grant on behalf of Council District One (CD 1), and designation of the City Administrative Officer (CAO) as the ERF grant administrator. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1.  INSTRUCT the CAO to: a.  Execute any necessary documents to accept the ERF grant on behalf of CD 1. b.  Be the designated grant administrator for the ERF. 2.  REQUEST the Controller to establish a new Special Fund entitled "Encampment Resolution Fund Grant ­ Arroyo Seco" within Department No. 10, to receive and disburse the ERF Funds.
