(18) 17­0945 COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (CAO) relative to amended 2017­28 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Port Pilots Representation Unit, Bargaining Unit 26 (MOU 26). Recommendations for Council action: 1.  APPROVE the amended 2017­28 MOU for MOU 26, attached to the Council file. 2.  AUTHORIZE the Controller and CAO to correct any clerical errors or make necessary technical corrections subsequent to Council approval. Fiscal Impact Statement: The CAO reports that the Port of Los Angeles will pay all costs associated with the amendments to MOU 26. The General Fund will be unaffected. Community Impact Statement: None submitted. (Personnel, Audits, and Hiring Committee waived consideration of the above matter.)
