Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $438 from the Council's portion of the Heritage Month Celebrations & Special Events line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56 to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, Account No. 1100 (Hiring Hall), for services in connection with the CD 13 special observation of International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3, 2024, including the illumination of City Hall.
