(33) 21­0152­S3 CD 15 MOTION (McOSKER ­ LEE) relative to the coordination of a street banner campaign to beautify the areas near the Port of Los Angeles in Council District 15. Recommendations for Council action: 1.  APPROVE, in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 62.132, the Street Banner program being coordinated by the Harbor Department as a City of Los Angeles Non­Event Street Banner Program for the period of January 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025. 2.  APPROVE the content of the attached street banner design, attached to the Motion.
