Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the final map of Parcel Map L.A. No. 2013­0460, located at 2001 and 2005 West Bellevue Avenue, westerly of North Bonnie Brae Street, and accompanying Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Contract with security documents. (Bond No. C­146693) Owner: Bellevue Avenue Properties, LLC; Surveyor: Shereef Surur Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final parcel map pursuant to Section 19.02(B)(3) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
