Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the final map of Tract No. 76042, located at 3208­3214 North Verdugo Road, northerly of Avenue 32, and accompanying Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Contract with security documents. (Bond No. C­146731) Owner: 3208 Verdugo Property, LLC: Surveyor: Brandon Hahn Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final tract map pursuant to Section 19.02(A)(2) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed. Community Impact Statement: None submitted.
