(50) 21­1355­S1 CD 15 ADMINISTRATIVE EXEMPTION and COMMUNICATION FROM THE BOARD OF HARBOR COMMISSIONERS (BOHC) relative to the approval of a Seventh Amendment to Lease No. 915 with San Pedro Public Market, LLC (SPPM). Recommendations for Council action: 1.  ADOPT the determination by the BOHC that the proposed action has been previously evaluated pursuant to the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Article ll, Section 2(i) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines. 2.  APPROVE Resolution No. 24­10472 authorizing the proposed Seventh Amendment to Lease No. 915 and consent to an assignment for security purposes to a leasehold mortgagee for Lease No. 915 between the City of Los Angeles Harbor Department and SPPM.
