Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendations dated November 22, 2024, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTIONS removing the property at 5924 West Dauphin Avenue (Case Nos. 739747 and 748999), Assessor I.D. No. 5065­016­014, from the REAP. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the LAHD. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
