Recommendation for Council action: HEAR PROTEST, APPEALS OR OBJECTIONS relative to proposed lien for nuisance abatement costs and/or non­compliance of code violations/Annual Inspection costs, pursuant to LAMC and/or LAAC, and CONFIRM said lien for the property located at 15544 West Cabrito Road.
