(21) 22­1515 NEIGHBORHOODS AND COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT COMMITTEE REPORT and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to amending Sections 22.117(d) and 22.117(i) of Article 3, Chapter 7, Division 22 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code (LAAC) to increase admission fees for the Hollyhock House and the Watts Towers, and to authorize the Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA) to adjust its theater rental and use fees to reflect changes in labor rates. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, dated October 31, 2024, amending Sections 22.117(d) and 22.117(i) of Article 3, Chapter 7, Division 22 of the LAAC to increase admission fees for the Hollyhock House and the Watts Towers; and, to authorize the DCA to adjust its theater rental and use fees to reflect changes in labor rates.
