Recommendation for Council action: REACTIVATE Council file No. 21­0827, which expired per Council policy (CF 05­0553); and, RESTORE the matter of the vacation proceedings for the Park Drive / Elysian View / Ewing Street / Baxter Street / Street Vacation, to its most recent legislative status as of the date of the file's expiration.
