(74) 24­0011­S33 CD 1 MOTION (HERNANDEZ ­ BLUMENFIELD) relative to funding for repairs of locations with single and multiple light outages that currently pose a public safety risk in Council District One (CD 1). Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1.  TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $100,000 in the CD 1 portion of the Street Furniture Revenue Fund No. 43D/50 to Bureau of Street Lighting (BSL) Fund No. 100/84, Account 001090 (Salaries ­ Overtime), to facilitate the repairs in CD 1. 2.  AUTHORIZE the BSL to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers.
