(30) 24-1479 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to instructing the Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA) to report on the provisions of Measure A and any related oversight processes that will support the City's housing and homelessness programs and priorities. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Rodriguez - Blumenfield): INSTRUCT the CLA, with the assistance of the City Administrative Officer (CAO) and Los Angeles Housing Department, to report to Council on the provisions of Measure A and any related oversight processes that will support the City’s housing and homelessness programs and priorities. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the CLA has completed a financial analysis of this report.
