(36) 24-1311 CD 11 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to designating the intersection of Manchester Avenue and Hastings Avenue as “George Berres Square." Recommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Park - Lee): 1. DESIGNATE the intersection at Manchester Avenue and Hastings Avenue as “George Berres Square.” 2. DIRECT the Los Angeles Department of Transportation to erect permanent ceremonial signage to this effect at this location. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
