(60) 24-1303 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Smriti Kirubanadan v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22SMCV01869. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident that occurred on April 20, 2022 on the sidewalk at 12904 Maxella Avenue, in Los Angeles.)
